hey guys and girls
just a quick question
i have a toshiba portege 7020 with a built in dvd, and i'm having problems playing the rush hour 2 dvd (infinifilm edition). It reads the disc ok, it even installs the software that comes with it (interactual), but it refuses to play the movie, using either the supplied one with win2k or powerdvd xp 4.0!! It brings up a "please insert disc into drive.." error. In Powerdvd its "unknown file format.."
this is also the case with the second disc of The Phantom Menace.
Is it something to do with the dvd drive itself (the firmware?).
all my other dvd's work just fine...
