Is there a quick way to determine the frame rate, either while playing the DVD or (better yet) from the .vob's?
I have been quite successful using SmartRipper 2.35 then RipItAll ( from url http://ripitall.be.tf/ ) until I came across "28 Days" with Sandra Bullock. After ripping this one already three times, I find that the first 27 minutes were recorded at 29.970 fps then it dropped to 23.976 for awhile. By the third split, and as many days working on it, my audio was already behind the video (and you can't use a negative delay in this universe!).
It would be so much easier if I could observe the framerate while playing the DVD or playing from the .vob's. Anyone have a favorite framerate "meter?" Many thanks in advance...
