:(
Since the Version 1.06b1, Bsweet is now the first choice for Audio-Conversion. I agree if youīre talking about NTSC-DVD->NTSC-SVCD and PAL-DVD->PAL-SVCD, this type of conversion is really flawless for me! And all greetings and congratulations to the author of DVD2SVCD and the Author of Bsweet. But I have the Problem, that my TV cannot handle NTSC-Conversions, so I have to switch to PAL50 (beacause my DVD-Player cannot display PAL60). And here comes the catch, with the further Versions of DVD2SVCD the NTSC->PAL Conversion was really flawless for me, but with the "Bsweet-enhanced" Versions of DVD2SVCD the audio is really synchronized to the video, but the pitch is much to low! The Women are talking like men, and the men are talking like old Cowboys, who were drinking too much whiskey, for amusement itīs not bad. So I tried everything from installing new, to install it on a different PC with different Hardware, but thereīs no change in the misbehaviour of Bsweet or DVD2SVCD. Iīm using Windows XP on a Athlon1400 with SIS735 and 512MB Ram. I changed the Bsweetversions also tried the new Beta2. Maybey somebody cann help me out and find the reason or a conclusion why this could happen??
Thanks!

looks more like a misdetection of the source sampling-rate to me.
did you test it with v1.0 ?

now, i wonder y lots of DVD2SVCD users spell "Bsweet" :)
i'm not saying that i don't like it, but i wonder where you guys first read it.
"Bsweet" sounds to me abit like "bitchslap" which used to be a cool proggy 5 years ago, to force disconnection of opeartors on irc.
man, so many channels' takeovers were done using "BS".

any split-rider pensioners in here ? hehehe :scared: .

Iīm sorry for misspelling your great program :-))
I never used Bitchslap, because I was every time an operator :-)))

Okay now to work!
I Used Besweet 096 1.0b1 1.0b2

I also have the same problem, when I use the new AVI-Feature in DVD2SVCD, whe I convert from NTSC->PAL the pitch is too low and itīs totally synchronized.

Now I found the Bug or the misbehaviour of dvd2svcd and Besweet!
Always when I was doing DVD > SVCD Conversion I never changed the Samplerate from 48 -> 44.1 kHz! So I tried this time with Conversion and now thereīs no problem anymore, the Pitch is Okay, but if I switch back to no Conversion the Bug is happening again!

Maybe you can find something now to fix it (you or dvd2svcd)

Bye
