Does it for some reason block you from typing in filesizes it deems to small? When i encode anime i do them 1ep at a time, and i do not want 1ep to get to big. Granted i can jsut calculated the framrate and enter it myself, but since there's already a calculator built in i do not think it should limit the size in anyway.

I've got the same problem - trying to encode anime an episode at a time, and they don't need to be anywhere near 600MB a piece. But that's about as low as GKnot will go it seems.

it allows you to type any number...
from the upcoming gordian knot FAQ
Q: I can't type in numbers into the filesize window, the cursor seems to get "stuck" and i can't type any more numbers.
A: Highlight the number you want to change ( shift + cursor arrow or use mouse ) and replace it with the digit of your choice.

gknot is calculating all values while you type:
obviously it is not possible to enter a filesize in total that is smaller than audio1+audio2+files+interleave. video-size can't be negative...
set audio and all zero and you can enter any size.

You're right, just noticed that for some reason gknot had changed the audio size. Changing it back made it possible to fix this..
