Avisynth error in Megui?

I have the build from August 2008 Avi 2.5.8...

Script
avisource("d:\rr lag.avi")
converttoyv12()
spline36resize(608,256)

I've gotten this for the past 2 days...I don't understand why, when I ran pretty much the exact same script 3days prior from today and it went fine...

I'm downloading the latest build of Avisynth labeled Dec27th release...

Please help...thanks
