Hi,
this programme can be used to split ts-files containing 188 bytes packets of recordings containing AVC/H.264-video tracks. Files are split after a maximum user adjustable file length given in MB but in any case just before the ts-packet containing the last AVC/H.264 sequence parameter set flag so that the next file starts with this ts-packet as first ts-packet. The junk frames at the beginning of the source file before the first AVC/H.264 sequence parameter set flag can be removed from the first output file user selectable.
More information and the download-link can be found at:
http://www.alice-dsl.net/schmendrick/tsH264split.mht
Or a link to to the programme (requires .NET) directly:
http://www.alice-dsl.net/schmendrick/tsH264split.exe
I hope this is useful for somebody else than me.
