New Batman problems.

Recently tried to Back up my copy of the new Batman movie I bought and I tried DVDfab hd and ripit4me and neither worked. ripit4me and DVDFabHd both freeze up when it gets to the 4th file. Any suggestions. As for my previous problems I went out and bought a new burner and want to say how much I appreciate all of your help. Thanks
