I'm searching for 2 or 3 days and I can't find nothing to fix that, the issue is on the video, it's not a codec problem.

Here's a image of it:

If you guys want, I can upload a sample of it.

what "that"? that horizontal lines? it's interlace. you shoud use deintrlace methods to "fix" it. but if you want to watch it on tv from DVD don't deinterlace it! it gives smooth motion on tv screen. remove it if you want to make divx or other progressive video format or if you want your film looks like a movie rather than video.

Yes, the horizontal lines.
The problem is: It's already a XviD file, if I play it on TV using a DivX DVD Player I will see those lines or I will see it smooth?
If no. How I choose the deinterlace method?

Well, if it's flagged correctly then yes it should display correctly on a TV (I tried this on a very, very cheap DVD player)

well, if it wasn't properly compressed then interlace information is more or less damaged. deinterlace will not give good results. try blur vertical and then sharpen:
blur(0,1).sharpen(0,.5)
