need flaskmpeg help

I used the Doom9 guide and under the output setup there are suppose to be choices for different mpeg types and different divX choices. But, I don't have these choices. Can someone tell me why?

are you sure you have your DivX and mp3 codecs installed on your computer?
you can check in the "settings" -> "control panel" -> "add/remove programs" window.

DivX 4.12 is installed. What else should be there?
