I have a transport stream and external DTS track. I'm trying sync them together but the .ts has some corrupt frames and goes out of sync. What is good way to do this? I could cut the part that goes oos, adjust delay, and re-join the audio file...Just looking for an easier method.
I will be muxing these into an MKV.

Well, I got it done...I thought it was going to be worse, only 2 parts were out of sync. I used DTSTrimmer found here; http://home.zonnet.nl/koelooptiemanna/graphics.html
For anyone that is wondering, I muxed the Sarah Brightman - Live in Vienna(bshi cap) with the DVD DTS track. Worked perfectly.

I muxed the Sarah Brightman - Live in Vienna(bshi cap) with the DVD DTS track. What does "bshi cap" mean?

bshi = A network, I think from Japan.
cap = Capture (transport stream)

OP admitted using a torrent in PM. Thread closed. No strike please, other mods, OP was honest about it.
