Hello guys,
well, I'm trying to encode my raw yuv-Video into SVC with the mentioned programme. Unfortunately it won't do what I expect it to do
So that's why I wanted to ask you guys, if maybe my approach is bad, and what I should do to correct my mistake.
Well, I have my video and also made a main-config file in which I wrote down that I want my video to have only one layer, and also typed in the name of the layer0.cfg file.
As far as I know, that should be enough, but despite this I don't get anything back as a result.
I start the encoding with the programme called H264AVCEncoderLibTestStatic.exe
but it doesn't give me any results back....I just receive a new line with c:\>
So, what could be wrong? Do you need also my config-files?
Thanx in advance!

Hmm, still noone can help me? Too bad....

In fact, I only need one information - when I want to encode my raw yuv-video into SVC...do I need to have also videos for the layers, or are the layers going to be taken out of the video by the algorithm itself, according to the layer.cfg's? Or do I have to prepare every single video for every layer, before encoding all of them into one single SVC-file?

I hope you understand what I mean...
So thank you

You might want to ask on the JVT-Experts mailing list or similar. I don't think there are many people who use/care about JM/JSVM/etc here.
