AVC bitrate viewer [Archive]

Hi,

I'm looking for a tool which offers a simple overview over the bitrate devolution across an AVC video file. I've only found some for MPEG2 but nothing for AVC? Any ideas where to find something like it?

didn't work for me, at least in Vista
