Is there any good way to remove these lines ?
I'm looking for a cropping tweak that doesn't change the resolution or at least doesn't need to re-encoding
My file is MPEG2 TS 544x576 (4:3) - MP2

I believe the mkv container has a setting to crop parts of the video on playback.

Ok, I'll test it.
What about the ts/mpg container ?

AFAIK, they don't have such a setting. If you wish to keep the video in a .TS container, you will have to reencode the video to crop it.

Some software players like VLC can crop on playback. Or if you decode the stream with ffdshow, you can configure it to crop on playback. But this is only good for PC playback only.
If you play it on a TV, you should not even notice the green border due to the TV's overscan.

Thanks, but why does it happen? :(

How did you encode the MPEG2? You must have goofed it up.
