Hi guys i have a question about quality... i lowered my resolution 1 step in gknot and loaded the avs in nandub.. i also have drfs of 2,8... max bitrate is 900 and low is 350 for a 100min movie.. my question is how can i get my high motion scenes get better quality.. they are too blocky.. i also added a temporal smoother but that doest fully work.. when i increase the bitrate to 910 it makes the file 750mb.. i have no idea what to do . can someone please lend a helping hand... thanks guys.. later

Hi-You said you loaded your .avs, so I'll assume you're using GKnot to generate it, and for other things as well.
After you load your first pass in GKnot, in the Stats File Editor Tab, you could uncheck the Motion Correction Default, and Customize back to 100%. I'm not sure I recommend that because it'll take bits from the low motion scenes, but you asked how to boost high motion scene quality.
Alternatively, the regular Nandub Smoother at a real low setting, or a Bilinear Resize might help.
Maybe the movie is just crying out for 2 CDs.
