HDTV and d2s/DVD-RB

Hi to everyone mates, hear it is my question: :p
Let's image I have to create a DVD form a .ts file that came from a HDTV (DVB-T) streaming device.
I mean, from one of those USB dongle that let you watch and/or capture files with a higher resolution, like 720p or 1080 i/p.
How can I handle that file?
