Does anybody use this Software?

I really wanna use this but each time i go and try to start to convert it gives an error saying that cannot create the file or the avi codec is already in use.

I have the settings correct, I have it out putted to the right place and everything.

Does anybody have an opnion, or know what is wrong?

Plus I tried going to the thier web site and its not their, does anybody have the right url?

I have this exact same problem. I hope some one has a clue as to what we are doing wrong. :(
