Best way to resize mpg2 help!

Hi i was wondering what is the best way to resize my mpg2 files... i used rempg but the quality is way shittty, is there a way i can use vdub? Or is there anything else at all i can use to resize it? Thanks in advance.

What do you mean with resize ? To change file size (MB), image resolution (cropping and/or changing res.), or both?

Any way you can use TMPGEnc with good results. You can find it at download section...
