Hmm... I guess it's like this. I have an SVCD source that when I preview says:
AR - 4:3
FR - 29.970
VT - FILM
FT - Progressive/Interlaced (alternates every frame or so it looks like)
From what I understand, in this case I'd set it to Forced FILM, correct? When I do this, the FR changes to 24.000 (rest is the same), and after using the VFAPI converter, the resulting AVI is about 3 seconds short of the audio, and grows async when I try to mux em.
If I save a project with "None" field operation, the resulting AVI is the proper length, plays fine, audio is synched, but it now has those interlaced frames in regular intervals...
Obviously I'm a little confused about what's going on. Help?? :)
