hello everyone,
i'm having some trouble with this one movie: town and country...it's ntsc and progressive and so i used forced film in dvd2avi. whenever i encode the movie, it keeps giving me an error of the frames differing. actual is around 150k+ and i'm it's only encoding about 50k+...i've set my resolution to the max, set it for sharp bicubic, and have stayed close to 70-80 percent for the compressibility. don't know what else to try...any advice will be appreciated...thanks...
djc1puno...
also, i've set it to 2 cd's...the movie is 1:50 mins long...on another note, after using dvd2avi, i get 2 ac files. i usually just input the first ac3 file in audio A...should i also include the 2nd ac3 file into audio B? if i only choose to encode the movie, will that also cause my frames to be off? please advice...newbie here :)

when you did save H:\BlackRoom 1\TnT.avs you had trim active (movie only). the frameserver only contains the first 50253 frames.
a) you did not want that: save a new frameserver. to check if it's ok use "preview" or open it manually with nandub or wmp 6.4
b) you wanted to trim: you have to enter the number of frames into the calculator manually!!! then you'll see that you are above 100%. 35 minutes will not fill 2 cds, even at 800x432.
