Some bad edited stuff have missing fields and combed frames. One of every two fields is clean, but they are spread in random pattern - Odd and Even. Is there way to find right fields and Bob them?
I can't find anything useful and don't have enough knowledge to write complex script. Think about using some motion detection masks for reference frame and each of next two fields, then make comparation between these masks.

Post a link to an unprocessed source sample, so we can see exactly what you are dealing with.

Here are some examples. One of every 2 fields is blended in random way:

Think no need for source.

If you don't post a source clip, you won't get proper help. Your choice.

From the docs: This function can also work with any live action hard telecined, hybrid and fieldblended source.
and as neuron2 said, we need a source clip (i.e. a video stream) to give proper advice.
