Improve low quality wmv files

Hiha im new to the forum. I have some wmv files from which i would like to improve its quality , color, brightness and contrast. I have been reading a lot lately and so far from the knowledge i have it is a progressive file (came up in megui, analyse check) . I had a look at the file with mediacoder and it shows me the following information

I have had a go with it using msu smartbrightness filter, sharpner and then at last 2d cleaner. But i think it could be more optimised.
