I found MipSmooth(preset="animehq") causing these:

(before | after)

Did anyone also experienced it?

Nothing spectacular, just the usual "temporal filtering with fixed thresholds" desease. Generally, all not-motioncompensated temporal filters are more or less prone to produce such artifacts. Using "allow filtering when pixel-diff is lower than X" is not a safe concept. It mostly works out, but not in all cases. You just found an example why the simple threshold-concept is not safe.
