Hi!
I have some WMV's ripped from a NTSC DVD, but the frame rate on the WMV's has been converted to 23fps instead of the original 29fps.
I use winavi converter 7.7 to convert the WMVs to avi (in Huffyv lossless codec), and then i use avisynth to encode to xvid. I would like to change the FPS to 25, but I'm afraid that doing so, may screw up the video.
Wahich is the correct way of doing this without screwing up the video or introducing artifacts such as jerky playback? Or if there is a avisynth filter to correctly handle this. Consider that I don't have the original NTSC DVDs, only the WMVs as Source.
Should I convert the frame rate during the WMV to avi conversion (WinAvi), instead of using avisynth to do so?
Thanks
