Convert to Divx or H264 and maintain Menus

Hello,
is there any software able to convert to Divx or H264 a DVD and maintain menus ? Obviusly an appropriate player would be needed....

I have read the whole thread but I have not found a converter but an editing tool. Maybe I am wrong ?

Seems that the majority of converters out there have not implemented the features of DIVX 6.x. I imagine that hardware players haven't too.

DivX Author (http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/author/) allows you to create your own menus for your videos in a .divx file. A freeware alternative (more complicated, but closer to what you want) would be this guide (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=66583) for "importing" dvd menus into .mp4.
