advice please

have followed dvd2vcd instructions but at the end it tells me i should have .bin/.cue files which i dont. i have .vob files, am i missing something? please advise.

Did you go through the entire run (i.e. approximately 12 hours!)?
Did you do a search on the harddisk? Maybe you saved it somewhere without noticing.

Look at the save in folder setting on the cd image tab.
Also make sure that do not make images is not selected.
VOB files are what is ripped from the DVD or in other words the original files before conversion.
Do a search for .cue files.
Make sure you have plenty of disk space left.
If none of that helps post your dvd2svcd.log file by cutting and pasting not attaching.
