@all,
I received my LG Blu-Ray disc burner yesterday and I am quite satisfied with what I saw up to now. Using Nero 8.3.6.0 I face some jumps in the used Read Buffer and the Buffer level. The used read buffer jumps between 97% and 100% and the level buffer stays between 92% and 95%.
I saw it jumping down to 70% sometimes, but it bounced back immeditely above 90%. There are no other programs running in the background and I just burn the disc at 2 times. When burning dvd's the used read buffer stays between 98-100% as well, but the buffer level is more stabile then.
Anyone has an idea what it could be or if I shouldn't mind at all when being above 70% ? I forgot to mention that I am running Vista64 and Nero 8 is very colourful. During the burning process, there is a green bar which is being completed. Maybe I can somewhere switch it off. Got 4 GB of RAM and in Intel Quad.
I would like to Use IMGBurn as well, but it does not obey my speed restrictions somehow. I tell him to burn at 2x max in case for a normal DL disc and it takes up the speed for hisself. Any Ideas or help from you guys what it could be with Nero ?
