Any japanese store shipping blank BluRay's outside Japan ?

I've seen that Amazon.co.jp has very good prices for blank Blu-Ray discs on the actual cross-currency rates. Unfortunately I receive a message that they don't ship outside Japan.

I'm curious if it's normal or if there are any stores in japan who ship to Europe ?

Thank you Sir. They don't seem to offer blank discs, so I think that there really is no shipping outside Japan. It's strange you can order electronic devices for cheap money, but you can't order blank discs.
