still images error

This is the following error I get when I want to put a still image at the beginning of a svcd and one at the end of a svcd

I used tmpgenc to convert the bmp files to mpg files. Are there other ways to convert bmp files to mpg files??? thanks

now that i have made the still images how do i burn them on a svcd???? thanks
