Hi Guys
When using TMPGEnc Express 4.0 to encode into wmv9 the resultant file has video stuttering for the first 10 mins of every encode I do, be it from an mkv source or full blu-ray, hd-dvd rips. I read that it was suggested to uncheck the prefetch video and audio options under CPU multithreading in TMPGEnc but they have always been unchecked for me. Have tried reversing this and checking those options and another encode but still have the same video stuttering problem.
After 10 mins the video flows beautifully on every enocode - really annoying! Any suggestions?
