Bear with me -- I'm a newbie with Avisynth
And sorry if this post is in the wrong place
I take a clip (10 sec video from) -- AudioDub an audio clip (say 30 sec) -- then return it
--> Software Players (not Media Player Classic  but no matter) plays the clip as expected 30 sec duration
-->> Quenc DVD "mode" clips the audio to 10 sec
-->> QuEnc novideo "mode" outputs the full 30 sec audio (Hunh)
same thing happens when I load a bmp as the clip (1 or 2 frames)
Looks like QuEnc --"Dvd multiplex step" -- is ending before all audio has been completed
I Know the workaround -- if videolen < audiolen smear the
last video frame out to the audio framecount then dub it
But this increases the resultant Mpg size (obviously) needlessly
In long audio merged with stills (menu's, ? photos etc) this adds up very fast
I've used still m2v +audio before (via mpeg2enc >> mplex +audio >> DvdAuthor and the resultant vob is just a bit over the mp2 size + audiosize :)
Anyway it just doesn't seem quite right -- though there may be good reasons for it
Anyway --Thanx
