MeGUI Splitting Muxed AVI & AC3 Audio

Hello

Quick couple of questions...

1. I am having trouble getting MeGUI to split a muxed 1.4Gb AVI into two 700Mb files, when it starts to mux the audio and video, I get the following error...

I have attached my log file.

2. How can I use the original AC3 that I have after using the D2V creator? At the moment I am selecting it as the input and then re-encoding it to AC3 again.

With regard to (2), just select the original audio in the muxer. Delay will be set automatically provided you didn't edit the file name to delete the delay information generated by DGIndex (D2V Creator). No need to re-encode!

Thanks, so I will need to encode the video on it's own, then mux the output with the AC3 file? Is there a way to do this automaticly, or do I have to do it one step at a time?

Set up the video encoding as usual and then set up the muxing by hand after the video is done. It takes 10 seconds to do manually.

You can set the splitting options in the muxer window within MeGUI. Look for a pulldown menu at the bottom of the dialog window.
