I've use GKnot for my past 6 films with some really good results - getting better with each one. Terminator 2 was really VERY good indeed :-)
However, I'm doing The Mummy now and getting this error:
File is no a valid dvd2avi project (v1.76, TUV2)!
What does this mean as I've never had it before.......
Thanks

Did you create the .d2v project file in DVD2AVI or did you get it from SmartRipper. I get that exact same error when I use SmartRipper's .d2v file.

DVD2AVI in exactly the same way as all the other movies I done with Gknot..
Its very puzzling.
I don't mind too much as I can do this film in the normal way - although I've not tried it yet..
But I prefer Gknot for all the various reasons!

have you renamed/moved files after making project ?
if so, do it again

Nope, nothing like that
I've tried it again and I get the same error. Other films are still ok. Its really weird. Perhaps there is something wrong with the rip? Although smart ripper worked fine and D2V worked with no troubl either. Its really weird.

Figured out what it was..
HDD was full! It couldn't have saved the file properly. Filled up 40 GB in no time!
Well all is ok now :)
