Recently I found someting interesting.
Sorry if it is well known.
It is about how create NTSC(30fps) or PAL(25fps) from original cinema(24fps).
NTSC is by 3-2 pull down (2-3 pull down). It is what creates 5 frames from 4 pictures.
PAL is by replaying a little faster than original. It will be about 4.2 % theoretically.
I can't believe at first, so confirmed replaying time between PAL and NTSC about same titles.
The results was PAL was 3.9-5.3% faster than NTSC.
