those are my current settings.
also, since my ntsc dvd is 720 480, and the m2v is 16:9. should the tmpgenc dvd author make the vob 16:9, or 4:3 since 4:3 is 720 480. it looks better as 16:9 though.
but the main reason for this thread is i want the highest quality settings for the hc gui. is the only setting to change the bitrate from default?
and the other mpeg2 thread was for a different topic, imho.
that was how do i make a mpeg2, this one is the highest quality settings. two different topics imo. hence the new thread.
i use avs files that have 3:2 decomb, so it's progressive. and i usually only use dvd d2v's, but sometimes bmp made into avi.
