StaxRip audio sync problem

So I'm trying to convert my Lost Season 1 dvd collection into mp4 I can stream to my PS3/Xbox360. I've only begun on the first disk and all the episodes encoded fine with the exception of one. The first episode always encodes with the audio out of sync. The files on the dvd are divided in two and oddly enough encoding the second half of the episode by itself turns out fine, but the first half continues to be out of sync when I just encode it. I'm getting frustrated and have tried it a couple times now, any advice?

You can find some solutions using search with following parameters:

Search by Keyword: shrink
Show Results as: posts
Search by User Name: stax

yeah that helped me figure it out but not as clearly as I would have liked. For anyone suffering this same problem I used DVDecryptor and used IFO mode, I went to the eposed VTS1 and I deleted the blank cell and then copied just that part. Now it works.
