megui wont split files for me in latest version when muxing audio:(

using latest build and latest updates megui wont mux the video .mkv i have an .mp4 aac audio i have together then split into 2 * 700mb, instead it just makes a 1400mb .mkv and doesnt split. Hope the developers are aware of this, i have to use mkvtoolnix to split now:(
