hi all,

i was wondering if there is a possibility to make the standard windows exporer give you more info on the properties of a video file.
like:
- what kind of audio track(s?) (2channel pcm/ac3/dts..)
- frame width/hight : with avi you can get this but for a mkv file that does not work.
- subtitles
gspot (2.7) doesnt seem to be able to ID mkv too.
i am forced to play tha movie and then check the AC3 filter what kind of source the audio track is.....

if the explorer cant do this or gspot, some info on another tool would be greatly appreciated.

thanks
