who is the best configuration between the next options without losless quality in CRF.
1) --no-fast-pskip, --no-dct-decimate, trellis=0
2)--no-fast-pskip, --no-dct-decimate, trellis=1
3)--no-fast-pskip, --no-dct-decimate, trellis=2
4)--no-fast-pskip, trellis=0 with dct decimate=1
5)--no-fast-pskip, trellis=1 with dct decimate=1
6)--no-fast-pskip, trellis=2 with dct decimate=1
