I spent many hours to search for a tool which can export HD video which is bigger than 4GB to Fat32 media with multiple chunks and playlist but did not find such a tool.

Use cases:
- PS3 external harddisk
- Blue Ray Players with support of memory cards like Panasonic BD30
- HD Camcorders with internal harddisk or memory cards in Fat32 format used as HD media player

Well the TSMuxeR does this work but about 3-4s get lost while switching between files. I think that the splitted files do not fit correctly that it can be seamlessly played. I have sean a video from a Sony Camcorder where each chapter is one chunk and this video plays seamlessly on PS3. Therefore it seams that an improved split functionality could be implemented in TSMuxeR, TSRemux, MKV2VOV, H264TS_cutter and other tools.

To set the file split on a normal scene break or chapter limit would be good. It could be compared how the Sony camcorder files look like to find out a solution.

At the end it would be good if a Fat32 Blue Ray or AVCHD export would be a standard functionality which is available in different tools.

Regards.
