Simple Component to VGA converter for game consoles?

I want to run a 480p component output from my game consoles to my PC monitor's VGA input. Anyone know of any inexpensive real time converter boxes?

Could you tell me which game console you are using; I ask because there's a chance there's a VGA cable that can be plugged right in from your system to the monitor without the need for a converter.

I have an RTV Veg Lite at work to use a common VGA monitor for a PC and a surveillance DVR with S-video output. The image is excellent at 1024 x 768 and it switches both audio and video at the press of a single button.

Also that Veg Lite looks sweet. Can it do widescreen with Wii games that support it?
