Subrip Problem Turkish characters "ş,ç,İ,Ü,Ç...etc"

Hello everyone. I have been ripping subtitles from teletext subbed ts records in Turkey. I have a problem with subrip.
When it comes to the characters those have tail like "ş,ç"
subrip doesnt see the tails. Maybe the screenshot tells my problem better:

Can anybody help me with Advanced OCR Settings?

I did it with playing "Line Setup" inputs on Advanced OCR Setup screen.
