ROME: An Italian judge has ordered the country's Internet service providers to block access to The Pirate Bay, a Swedish file-sharing Web site, as part of an investigation into copyright law violation, officials said Thursday.

The culprit here is not copyright violation or torrent sites, it is about information censorship.
What's next, Google? Youtube? Yahoo? Forums?

2- Use one of the hundreds or thousands of anon web surfing services (google is your friend)
3- Use Proxied Tor (http://www.torproject.org/) Network: OperaTor (http://archetwist.com/en/opera/operator) (opera browser with integrated Tor and anon Proxy), xbBrowser (http://xerobank.com/xB_Browser.php) (firefox with integrated Tor and anon Proxy), etc...
