Converting HDDVD Sub to BluRay Sub

Since i converting some HDDVD to BluRay, i figure out how to proces subs, but something are wrong. I demux sub's with evodemux, and open it with SUPread and conver it to BluRay PGS format. After muxing with SmartLabs TS Muxer, i can't see them anyware (PowerDVD, WinDVD), but if i use in SmartLabs TS Muxer, srt as source, subtitles are visible.

Did i miss something in conversion in SUPread?

what is your video resoulution ?

If Its 1280x720 and you have added 1920x1080 subs. Then they are shown outside the image. When using SRT subs they are at the same resolution as your video.

I didn't change resolution or reencode video, just tryed to change container. But since SmartLabs TS Muxer allow all elementary streams just not HDDVD subtitle format, i must convert it to BluRay format. Aslo i tryed to make BluRay sup from srt via SUPread and aslo i can't view subs like i need to change some color info or something like in DVD?
