AutoMKV x264 high profile to main profile.

How do I switch high profile to main profile in AutoMKV when encoding a h.264 file? Does high profile give a better picture than main profile?

on automkv. Profiles aren't tuned by level but by quality/slowness.
High profile have more partitions enabled and other switch activated... so yes could bring a better quality. Just try some of the "slow" profiles

Also, I'm curious, what does quantitizer to in lossless video encoding do?

first of all you must understand what's difference between main and high http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H.264/MPEG-4_AVC#Profiles

than it's just a matter of tweaking profiles (deactivating something...)
