AVI XviD size not matching in Gordian Knot! Help!!!

Hello everyone! New to this forum, although i've been several times here, but not logged...
I'm having a little problem with Gordian Knot!
Ok... so here it goes...

I'm trying to make a DVD rip, using the XviD codec and MP3 (or AC3). No problems so far... until i get here:

Every time i try to make the rip to match the size of 1 cd, it always mismatches 700MB with 100MB more or less...

I'm passing every step, but everytime i get 600 -> 650 MB or 750-> 850 MB

What am i doing wrong?

I am using GK 0.35 and XviD 1.1.3!

Xvid 1.1.3 is not fully supported by Gordian Knot. Getting a correct file size is very hit-or-miss. Use an older version of Xvid (I believe any 1.0.x version will work), the VfW build of x264, DivX or a different app altogether.
