How can I Convert a audio stream in ts container

How can I convert a audio stream in AAC(ADTS) to a audio stream in AC3 format within *.ts container
i.e. I wanna convert a *.ts - *.ts(video keep unchange but audio from AAC to AC3)

Extract stream with TSMuxer then convert to AC3 and then re-mux with TSMuxer. That's all!!

Or you could just load the TS in eac3to:

eac3to input.ts output.ac3

Then load original TS + AC3 into tsMuxeR mux -> TS
