X264 1CD Ripping

Hi guys....I have started ripping a 2 hrs 25 mins runtime movie into a 700 mb file.I used x264 codec and mkv as container.I used Nero AAC @64 kbps audio....The script i used was
ColorMatrix(hints=true,interlaced=true)
tfm(order=1).tdecimate()
crop( 6, 64, -8, -64)
degrainmedian(mode=3)
fluxsmoothst(8,8)
tweak(bright=2,cont=1.05,sat=1.06,hue=1)
Spline36Resize(608,256) # Spline36 (Neutral)
I'm Newbie to ripping and would like to have some suggestions from all of u....Please suggest something which is better than what i'm using now...Be it script or container or anything...Please suggest me....

Hi!

In this time, when blank DVD media costs as little (or less) than blank CD media, why are you limiting yourself to 700Mb for such a lengthy movie?

I'm ripping the movie to post in a website...There people who are having low bandwidths,they prefer downloading 1 CD rips...I don't need any wonders in 700 mb... i just wanna get a decent video (which can be watchable) out of my rip
