VOB Blanker Equivilant?

Is there a tool available yet which does the same job as VOB Blanker does for DVD structures but for Blu ray or HD DVD video stream files?

I'm looking for something which will allow me to blank out all the annoying copyright warnings, adverts and other crap I don't want to keep whilst retaining the integrity of the original file structures.

Also, I'm a great fan of PGCEdit for cutting out all the annoying language selection menus, again - anything out there for Blu Ray / HD DVD?

I'm fairly certain the HD-DVD/BluRay tools have not yet advanced to that stage...
