MEgui Apple TV Audio Encoding

Hi - I have no problems in adding my AAC audio to my h.264 .mp4 files created using meGUI. But I don't know how to also add the AC3 audio. When I use Handbrake (for normal DVD source encodes) it creates an .m4v container which includes AC3 and AAC audio (for playback on my AppleTV).

But how do I add the AC3 audio into my h.264 encodes from Blu-ray? (I need them to playback on AppleTV)

The preset from MEgui does not support AC3 audio only downmixed AAC audio. Handbrake will add AC3 audio just perfectly from a normal DVD source.

AFAIK ac3 audio is not supported in mp4 container.
