Hi all,
After recording one source from Live DTV, (NTSC system), and the content seems is pulldown type. (2-3 pulldown). At the video stream header of AVI file, the flags scale/rate are regarding as 30000/1001( = 29.97). However playback encounters lips-sync. It seems video is advanced than audio. Is there any answer to playback 2-3 pulldown cotent in AVI file? or where I can get start?

pretty thanks.

If you have pulldown in an AVI it must be hard telecining because there are no pulldown flags in AVI. Therefore, it will behave as any other AVI. You can adjust the audio sync using well-known methods in VirtualDub.

You also may want to remove the hard pulldown by applying IVTC. But this will not change the AV sync.
